Weeks on your street.
Not months.

By the time anything arrives on site, it has already been built, checked and packed in the order it goes together.

Conventional construction is sequential: nothing can start until the thing before it finishes, and all of it happens in your yard. Six months of trucks, noise, dust and strangers, with your driveway as the staging area.

Ours runs in parallel. While your foundation is being poured, your house is being built four hundred miles away. When it arrives, it goes up in days — because assembly is a different job from construction.

Assembly, not construction.

Site prepared

Foundation, drainage and service connections are completed while components are still in production.

Two things happen at once instead of one after the other.

Delivered in order

Crates arrive in installation sequence and are opened in the order they're numbered.

Nobody spends the morning looking for anything.

Set

Panels and modules are craned into place and fixed. The structure goes up in days, not months.

Your house is weathertight before the neighbours get used to the noise.

Scan verified

The erected structure is scanned again and compared against the model it came from. Deviations are recorded, not assumed away.

We prove it was built right, instead of telling you it was.

Fit out

Interior systems, cabinetry, windows and finishes are installed by the same team, under the same contract.

One crew, one contract. Nobody to blame anybody.
