The model doesn't get redrawn.
It gets built.

VRDC Step 04. The file you walked through in the headset is the file the saw runs.

One model. From scan to crate.

Takeoff

The model reports its own quantities. Every panel, stud, sheet and fastener is counted before anything is ordered.

Your quote comes from a count, not an estimate.

Breakdown

Assemblies are resolved into individual parts — each with its own dimensions, material spec, edge treatment and finish.

The complexity is solved before anyone touches a saw.

Fabrication

Parts are cut, formed and assembled on jigs, against the file — not against a tape measure.

Precision stops depending on who's on shift.

Marking

Every part is labelled with its ID, its assembly, and its position in the building — the same ID the crew's AR overlay will look for on site.

On install day, nothing has to be figured out.

Inspection

Each assembly is checked against the model before it leaves the floor. Deviations are corrected in the factory, not on your lot.

Rework happens where rework is cheap.
